Shipping Policy

At Zorvixs, we take pride in delivering your jewelry quickly, securely, and with care. Please review our shipping policy to understand how and when your items will arrive.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) may be processed the following business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Note: Delivery estimates apply after your order has been shipped. Rural areas may require additional time.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- APO/FPO addresses (via USPS)
- Selected international destinations
If your location is not available at checkout, please contact our team to confirm eligibility.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track the status of your shipment directly from the carrier’s website or through your Zorvixs.com account.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Zorvixs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your order is missing, please:
- Check your mailbox, front porch, or apartment office
- Ask neighbors or family members
- Contact the carrier directly
- Email us at [email protected] for assistance
6. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Zorvixs is not responsible for these charges or for delays caused by customs.
