Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging
  • All original tags, certificates (if any), and protective seals must be intact
  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry is non-returnable
  • Clearance or sale items may be final sale unless defective

2. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to:

  • Damaged or defective merchandise
  • Receiving the wrong item

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Zorvixs is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Custom-made orders
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
